Estate and letting agents are not regulated, but reputable agents will be members of self-governing bodies such as the Association of Residential Letting Agents, the Property Ombudsman Scheme and a Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.

Doolittle & Dalley is proud to be a member of all three bodies. This means that we adhere to a strict code of conduct, ensuring your rights as a tenant are protected and that your tenancy deposit is registered in the correct way.

The majority of the properties that we offer are fully managed, so if you have any maintenance concerns you can deal directly with the dedicated property manager who looks after your rental home. Our property managers are based in our Kidderminster office and are available to discuss any queries you have.
