Richard joined the family business in 1982 and became a partner in 1992. He originally qualified as an Associate of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (ISVA) in November 1987, later becoming a Fellow of ISVA in September 1995 and subsequently a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) on the 1st January 2000 following the merger of ISVA and RICS. Richard is also a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and is an RICS Registered Valuer. Richard's day-to-day work involves a significant quantity of valuations and negotiations on behalf of owners and occupiers of agricultural, residential and commercial properties. Richard has a passion for farming and outdoor activities.

Having successfully completed A Levels at King Edwards VI College, Stourbridge, Tracy joined the family business in 1985 and took an immediate interest in lettings. Tracy went onto become a qualified member of The Association of Residential Letting Agents in 1999, now know as Propertymark. Over the last 40 years Tracy has experienced many changes to the lettings industry and has a wealth of experience in letting and managing property. Tracy manages the Residential Letting Department which has developed considerably over the last 40 years and now manages in the region of 850 properties through Worcestershire, Shropshire, Staffordshire & the West Midlands. Tracy’s role involves carrying our market appraisals, taking on new instructions, accompanied viewings, Tenant Selection, negotiating tenancy agreements, property management and negotiating end of tenancies. In her spare time Tracy enjoys walking, swimming, Pilates and spending time with family and friends.

Having previous experience within the industry, Louisa joined Doolittle & Dalley in 2017. As an experienced residential sales negotiator, Louisa's key responsibilities include: arranging and carrying out viewings, sales market appraisals, property marketing, monitoring sale properties and negotiating offers. Through her work with the sales department Louisa has now naturally progressed to Commercial Sales and Market Appraisals. Her hard work, determination and her evident passion for the job has meant Louisa has quickly become an integral part of the Doolittle & Dalley team. Having qualified through Propertymark to Level 3 in Residential Sales, Louisa has become a qualified member of National Association of Estate Agents. In her spare time Louisa enjoys spending quality time with her young family.

Kristina joined Doolittle & Dalley in August 2021. Kristina has worked in the Estate Agency industry for over 16 years and has qualified through Propertymark to Level 3 in Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, and her personable nature has led to her great success. Kristina works in the sales department and her duties include valuations, viewings, providing marketing updates to vendors. In her spare time Kristina loves holidaying around the world, working out at the gym and the occasional gin and tonic.

Rachael's key roles include all aspects of Lettings and Property Management including viewings, routine inspections and dealing with maintenance issues. Louise began her career within the property industry over 10 years ago, working in a local agency in Kidderminster. Over this time, she has gained experience of property management, both residential lettings and leasehold block management, covering areas in Worcestershire, Shropshire and previously, Birmingham. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children, socialising with family and friends, walking and baking when time allows.

Charlie joined the Lettings and Property Management team in November 2021 following a successful career in commercial property, covering the north Worcestershire area. Born and raised in Worcestershire, her career began as department Sales Manager in a retail store before moving to Wiltshire and then to Birmingham; returning to Worcestershire when her children were young to be closer to family. Charlie has knowledge and experience of the Sales and Letting process with the importance of accomplishing clientele relationships. A positive friendly attitude and outgoing personality ensure she has fitted perfectly into the team. In her spare time Charlie enjoys live music, walking and has recently started tap dancing!

Alex joined Doolittle and Dalley in 2007, having previously worked within the industry. Her role as an experienced negotiator means that she is responsible for the letting and management of commercial properties, as well as arranging and carrying out viewings, putting properties on the market, offering properties to tenants, arranging repairs, carrying out inspections and end of tenancy checks, producing full inventories and taking photos. Her broad knowledge of the local area is invaluable, meaning she has become an integral member of the lettings team. At the weekends Alex enjoys outdoor sports, shopping and socialising.

After leaving Menzies High School, Victoria started her career as a receptionist at a firm of solicitors in Birmingham. She has experienced a varied vocation over the years, gaining valuable experience in many fields. Since joining the team in January 2015, her role within the company oversees the day-to-day management of the client account. Specialising in tenant receipts as well as client/contractor payments. Outside of the office Victoria enjoys cooking and reading, she is also a keen lover of restoring antique furniture.
