    Lettings Administrator

    Having grown up in the local area Mel gained a secretarial/administration qualification at Kidderminster College, and later joined the team here at Doolittle and Dalley in 1999. Her role in the office involves the efficient handling of applicant and tenant enquiries, matching tenants to properties, managing maintenance issues and producing tenancy agreements and drawing up inventories. She prides herself with having great organisational skills and attention to detail. In her spare time Mel enjoys long walks with her dog ‘Murray’ and loves travelling.

    Receptionist / Property Sales and Lettings Assistant

    Since leaving school Rachel attended college and was awarded with a qualification in office administration. Since then she has enjoyed a varied career which includes a recruitment consultant as well as lettings administrator role located in Leeds. Returning back to her home town, Rachel joined Doolittle and Dalley in 2010. She plays important role within the company assisting her colleagues in all aspects of lettings. During her spare time, Rachel regularly attends her local gym, enjoys walking, horse riding and socialising with friends and family.

    Accounts Administrator

    After leaving Menzies High School, Victoria started her career as a receptionist at a firm of solicitors in Birmingham. She has experienced a varied vocation over the years, gaining valuable experience in many fields. Since joining the team in January 2015, her role within the company oversees the day-to-day management of the client account. Specialising in tenant receipts as well as client/contractor payments. Outside of the office Victoria enjoys cooking and reading, she is also a keen lover of restoring antique furniture.
