Estate Agency/Property Sales and Lettings Assistant to deal with clients, buyers, tenants, prospective applicants and contractors visiting our offices, via telephone and email in connection with our residential and commercial property sales and lettings departments.
Full time position 9.00am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays 9.00am till 12.30pm. Primarily based at our Kidderminster office but relief cover at our Bridgnorth office when required.
Duties will include some or all of those listed below but are not limited to:
· Answering telephone and dealing with all enquiries
· Arrange viewings for prospective applicants
· Audio typing of letters, memos, emails etc.
· Set up and co-ordinate all administration associated with property sales, input data and deal with all branch correspondence and enquiries.
· Register enquiries from potential vendors, applicants, landlords and tenants, and book appointments.
· Maintain window and wall displays
· General secretarial duties to include photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
· Using various computer software systems
· All administration relating to property sales and lettings departments
· Treat customers fairly and act in their best interests at each stage by meeting the unique needs of each customer offering a transparent, efficient and professional service
KEYS SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Proven knowledge / experience of the Firm’s products and services
· Organised; able to work under pressure to ensure that deadlines are met
· Good IT skills, with particular knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Good time management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Complete discretion concerning clients and Firm activities
· Self-motivated, with the ability to work well within a team
