We have a vacancy for a full time residential lettings administrator at our Kidderminster Branch to assist and support the lettings negotiators and department team. We’re looking for a reliable and co-operative individual, committed to carrying out their duties with integrity. This involves computer and phone work including accurate entry of information on properties, landlords and tenants and selling our services effectively to achieve lettings.
Duties will include some or all of those listed below but are not limited to:
· Audio typing of letters, memos, emails etc.
· Set up and co-ordinate all administration associated with landlord clients, tenancy files, prepare tenancy agreements, input data and deal with all correspondence and enquiries.
· Register enquiries from potential landlords and tenants, and book appointments.
· Maintain window and wall displays
· General secretarial duties to include photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
· Answering telephone and dealing with basic client and tenant queries
· Using various computer software programs
· Liaise with suppliers and contractors over repair and maintenance matters
· Treat customers fairly and act in their best interests at each stage by meeting the unique needs of each customer offering a transparent, efficient and professional service
· Perform such other duties as the Firm may request from time to time in accordance with the Contract of Employment
